Briefing on three recent mental health publications

This briefing gives an overview of three mental health reports that were published on 21 March 2024: Government response to the rapid review into data on mental health inpatient settings; Government response to the Joint Committee on the draft Mental Health Bill; and the Care Quality Commission’s Monitoring the Mental Health Act in 2022/23 report.
