This guidance explains the action that Monitor can take to enforce
compliance with the provider licence and other regulatory obligations on
providers and others required to provide Monitor with information
needed to perform its functions. It explains when Monitor may formally
investigate potential breaches; the processes which will be followed;
and the factors considered when deciding what requirements to impose
should Monitor find a breach of the provider licence.
