Pathway to care for older offenders : toolkit for practice

• summarises the main themes we heard in response to the consultation
• outlines the organisational roles and responsibilities for each of the seven regulatory functions identified by the consultation document
• reinforces the Government’s commitment to establish a new integrated health and adult social care regulator by outlining the roles and responsibilities for the new regulator, the Care Quality Commission.

Behaviour change - NICE guidance

NICE's public health guidance aims to help health professionals bring about changes in people's behaviour that will enable them to enjoy healthier lives. The recommendations in the guidance form a set of generic principles that can be used as the basis for planning, delivering and evaluating public health activities aimed at changing health-related behaviours at the population, community and individual levels.
