Lord Warner, Minister of State (NHS Reform), has written a letter to senior NHS leaders reiterating the importance of the implementation of the joint statement of good practice for NHS Contractors' staff. The statement said that conditions of work for NHS Contractors' staff should be no less favourable than for NHS staff working under Agenda for Change conditions.
