This report examines the potential for the redesign of public
services. It is aimed at ministers and policymakers in central
government, parliamentarians, leading Members in local government,
senior managers and service commissioners, public service managers, and
communities of practice involved in service design in the UK. It cites
case studies of good practices from a range of organisations, including
Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Department of Health.
