The Health Foundation, along with Action against Medical Accidents
(AvMA), National Voices, National Association of LINKs Members, The
Patients Association and Patients First, have written to Jeremy Hunt MP,
the Minister for Health, calling on the Government to legislate for a
duty of candour to becomes a statutory requirement in order to foster a
culture of accountability.
