Approved costing guidance

This guide sets out costing principles, costing standards, and guidance for both reference costs and Patient-Level Information and Costing Systems collections for 2012-13. It also gives details of the requirements that providers of NHS-funded services will need to comply with to meet the pricing conditions of the NHS provider licence.
