This updated guidance eplaces the guidance first published in
November 2009. I sets out the key legal and ethical obligations that
manufacturers, wholesalers, NHS Trusts, registered pharmacies and
dispensing doctors have in the supply and trading of medicines. The
references in the updated guidance have been revised to reflect current
law.
